Custom Items

• Customized items are included in: Party Themes , Customized and Souvenirs.

Is there a free shipping?

• Yes, we offer shipping costs for purchases greater than or equal to 39,99€ exclusively for mainland Portugal and for the CTT Express service.

"Emergency Free" Service

• For 24-hour delivery of customized items exclusively for mainland Portugal, we offer an emergency service, check it out at the end of the cart. It only applies to customized items that you want to receive within 24 hours. (Payments after 3pm counts on the next business day).

• This service includes:
  • Advance in the order process;
  • Transport with delivery until 1 pm the following day;
  • Insurance of 100% of the order value, protection against delivery failure
