Refund Policy
Deliveries not made within 5/6 business days after payment confirmation, or within the agreed date, as well as products with defects or incorrect quantities in the orders, will result in either a refund of the order or a full refund of the product value.
With us, your investment is 100% risk-free.
Refund and Return policy
Our return policy lasts for 14 days. Unfortunately, after 14 days from the purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Additional non-returnable items:

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued (where applicable):
* Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to any error on our part. (50%)
* Failure of the 1/2 business days delivery service by CTT Express. (50%)
Refunds (where applicable)
Since the product is costumized, in most cases, returns are not necessary. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
We do not issue refunds due to differences in print quality, as items may vary in print quality from the original photo provided or from images of themes provided.
Exchanges (when applicable)
We only exchange products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at encomendas@festaemcasa.pt with your order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 50€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
